		Deed or photocopy
		Death certificate if you owned the house with someone else, now deceased
		Survey of the property
		Tax bill (need not be current, but would be helpful)
		Certificate(s) from the town for the house and all structural additions and improvements to the house and property
		The title report or policy from your purchase
		A termite guarantee, if you have a present service contract with an exterminator
		The name, address, and mortgage number of all mortgages presently on your property
		Satisfaction(s) of Mortgage for any paid off mortgages

A completed and signed Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement
